How to connect Webmail with Gmail?

Before starting, Create the Webmail from Hostaloj's Hosting Cpanel.

To set up Webmail to Gmail, follow the below steps:

Step 01 - Login to your Gmail Account

  • First, Login to your Gmail account, in which you want to set up your Webmail to receive Webmail emails.

Step 02 - Open Gmail Setting Tab

  • Click the setting icon in the top right corner of the Gmail, and then click “see all settings” in the drop-down to open the settings tab.

Step 03 - Navigate to the “Accounts and Import” tab. 

Navigate to the “Accounts and Import” tab and click the Add Mail Account. 

Step 04 - Add a mail account

  • Click on the “Add a mail account” section. 
  • You will be displayed in a new window that will require you to add your email address. 
  • Enter your email address ending with your Domain name in the text field shown below in this window and click on the Next button.

Step 5: Import email from POP3 

  • You will be able to see two options below in the picture. 
  • Check the 2nd option Import emails from my other account (POP3) 
  • And click on the Next button.

Step 6: Enter your email account configuration details from cPanel.

  • Login into your cPanel here
  • To get the email account configuration details, click the Email accounts in cPanel of Hostaloj.
  • All the emails that you created will be listed 
    To create a new one click here
  • Now Choose your email account and click on Connect Devices.
  • Once you click Connect Device the Credentials will be Listed 
  • Enter the details as per the account configuration details.
  • Enter email Address (eg:[email protected])
  • And enter the Password which you entered while creating that Email
  • Select the Incoming Server (POP3) port number as mentioned in Cpanel

Check those box:
  1. Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server
  2. Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail
  3. Label incoming messages

And click "Add Account" 

Step 7: Email Account Connected

  • Choose the option "Yes" and click Next
  • Add Your Name and Choose "Treat as an alias"

  • Click Next Step

  • Enter the Outgoing server SMTP Details as per the EMAIL Configuration in cPanel.
  • In the Username section enter that email address. (eg: [email protected])

  • Enter Password for your email account. Choose your desire password

  • Select Port 25 for Non-SSL or 465 for SSL as per mentioned in the Email Configuration Panel 

  • Click "Secured connection using SSL" always

  • And click on the “Add Account” button.

Step 8: Verify that this Process is legid

  • Enter the verification code sent to your Webmail to connect to your Gmail or 
  • Just click the link sent to that Webmail for Verification 
  • Here on the Webmail you would find the Code and Link
  • Just Click the Link to verify
That's it 
  • Your mail is connected, to Check and use it.
  • Navigate to your Gmail Home page on the "Left Panel -> Label Section" the Mail will be there.
  • Also, the Mail which been receiving to your Business email will be arrive on the Inbox option to.
  • And you can send the Mail from that email to. Simply by Composing new mail

Your Webmail has been Connect to your Gmail Account Successfully
